Meet Elizabeth
Founder of Well Roots Counseling and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C). She is dedicated to supporting women through some of life’s most vulnerable transitions, creating a space where clients feel seen and secure.
Elizabeth’s own experiences with infertility and pregnancy loss deeply inform her approach. She understands the emotional weight of IVF, the anxiety of the “two-week wait,” and the silent grief that often goes unseen.
She also works with mothers overwhelmed by the daily demands of motherhood—navigating burnout, “mom rage,” and the unrealistic pressure to do it all. Elizabeth brings warmth, empathy, and evidence-based care to each session, helping women reconnect with themselves and move through both the pain and the possibility.
Elizabeth sees clients online in Colorado, Massachusetts, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Vermont.
